I recently earned my Doctor of Education in Health Professions Education, graduating Summa Cum Laude from A.T. Still University's College of Graduate Health Studies.
My Doctoral Research Project focused on the intersectionality of rural living and its effects on the mental health of nursing and allied health students—a subject that's really close to my heart and my community.
Currently, I'm the Dual Credit Allied Health Pathway instructor and assistant cross country coach at my alma mater, Carlsbad High School, right here in Carlsbad, New Mexico.
I live with my incredibly supportive husband, Dale and my beloved fur babies Kili, Finley, and Zia.
